New for 2025 are the 3 Superior Plus Quadrilo6 brick apartments (55 m2), ground floor, about 100 meters from the sea, consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed (1 has a single sofa bed, maximum capacity 7 people), kitchenette with oven and refrigerator with freezer compartment, 3 double bedrooms, air conditioning and TV, bathroom with toilet and shower, outdoor patio with wooden gazebo, table, chairs and suspended armchair.

Upon request at the time of booking, it is possible to have optional extras such as a 7th and 8th bed, cot and bathroom linen.

Apartment Equipment: kitchenware, moka, broom, dustpan, dishcloth, brush, bucket, basin and clothes horse;

At the Customer's expense: bathroom linen (available on site at € 10.00 per person per change and includes 1 shower towel + 1 face towel + 1 bidet towel), kitchen towels, hair dryer, detergents and cleaning products, toilet paper and anything not specified;

With the mandatory flat rate consumption fee you have the use of air conditioning, TV, electricity, water, gas, kitchen utensils, weekly change (Monday) of bed linen
